The green, environmentally friendly, and natural decorative effect of stone, which brings a return to nature, has always been favored in domestic and international architecture! However, due to its heavy weight, fragility, and other shortcomings, safety concerns have consistently troubled users and hindered the widespread adoption of natural stone. Ultra-thin stone honeycomb panels are high-tech products that utilize imported Italian cutting equipment and technology to slice natural granite and marble into 3-5mm thin sheets, which are then composited with aluminum honeycomb panels. Ultra-thin stone honeycomb panels retain the aesthetic appeal of natural stone while overcoming its drawbacks such as brittleness, fragility, and heavy weight. Due to the composite of thin stone sheets with aluminum honeycomb panels, the product exhibits impact resistance and flexural strength. They are widely used in building facades and interior/exterior decoration.

Product Structure and Materials

1. Characteristics of the Panels:
Lightweight, high strength, good rigidity, high flatness, excellent sound and thermal insulation, strong seismic resistance, fire and chemical corrosion resistance, weather and climate resistance, durable, natural and bright color, stain-resistant and easy to clean. It solves the problems of difficult installation and poor impact performance associated with traditional panels.

3. Comparison with Pure Stone:
Superior to pure stone in terms of weight, strength, flatness, sound and thermal insulation, fire resistance, etc. The stone thickness is only about 4mm, which is one-third the weight of pure stone wall cladding. In some cases, it is 20-30% lighter than pure stone wall cladding. It also avoids the issue of limestone efflorescence from the stone joints caused by cement mortar adhesion.

Suitable for interior and exterior wall decoration, furniture construction materials, and is an ideal decorative product for office lobbies, high-rise buildings, and homes. It has been widely used abroad and is promoted by the national Ministry of Construction.
